Sneaky Cheapy Style

As a young-professional on quite the budget, it is always my goal to find quality style options that are also pocket friendly. There are instances, when I cannot and will not endorse a direct knock off of a fashion label or look, but there are times when I am ALL ABOUT IT.

As a great example, I was hunting for a pair of wedges to replace my pair from last summer, which served me well but were due for retirement. I find that for me it makes a lot of sense to purchase some shoe styles in their more affordable/ look-alike options because I know I will wear them all season long leaving them worn and ragged. So, after much research and failed try-ons I stumbled upon the perfect replacement pair at none-other than Target. Check out my new rope wrapped espadrilles seen below and their high-end ($$$) counterparts below. You're Welcome!

The Alex in Black by Stuart Weitzman $365

The Pam in Gold $24.99 at Target (also available in Black)

Cheers to Fashion and Savings!

Color Denim: Outfitting Inspiration

To follow up the last post praising the color denim trend, below are a few of my favorite color denim looks from the all-knowing fashion bloggers from Cupcakes & Cashmere, Atlantic-Pacific, Could I have That?, and Cheetah is the New Black. These ladies perfected the art of layering, dressing it up, and dressing it down with their eclectic assortment of color denim seen below:

Coral skinnies cuffed with oxfords and a chambray shirt- via Cupcakes and Cashmere

White denim with strappy sandals and a silk print blouse- via Atlantic-Pacific

Tangerine ankle skinnies with flat sandals and a breezy white top- via Could I Have That?

Floral Print pants dresses up with booties, a full cream blouse and leather jacket- via Cheetah Is the New Black

Yellow Polka Dot skinnies with a men's shirt and sweater- via Atlantic-Pacific
So- now there are really no excuses to not indulge in color denim for Spring and Summer. As see above, bright pants can even be paired with dark jackets and knit layers for cooler seasons!

Cheers!
